CONTROL + VESSEL
One platform. Three vessel sizes.

Change process volume. Keep the workflow.

Adapt working volume without rebuilding the operating environment around it. The platform is designed to preserve the same control strategy, software logic and data context across vessel formats.

01 / VESSEL
0.5 L

Lower-volume development work within the same control platform.

02 / VESSEL
1 L

Core R&D configuration for controlled fermentation studies.

03 / VESSEL
3 L

Expanded process volume without changing the operating environment.

Scale process volume — not system complexity. Same platform · Same control logic · Same data environment
Integrated process control

Critical variables. One operating environment.

Genesys V1 brings the principal control functions, vessel operation and pumping into one compact laboratory platform — reducing the need to assemble a fragmented system.

01 Temperature
Hot and cold water circulation through the jacketed vessel.
Maintain the selected thermal condition inside the process range.
02 pH
Controlled pumping of acid and base around a defined setpoint.
Respond to process drift without relying only on manual correction.
03 Dissolved oxygen
Agitation and air delivery, with optional connection to pure oxygen.
Coordinate oxygen transfer with the selected control strategy.
04 Foam
Foam detection with controlled antifoam-agent pumping.
Keep a common fermentation disruption inside the operating logic.
05 Feed-batch
Programmable high-precision feeding with automatic flow calculation.
Execute a defined feeding strategy and review it cycle by cycle.

Software + usable data

Run the process. Improve the next cycle.

Operate from the touchscreen or through a browser connection, review real-time graphs, preserve cycle history and export data for downstream analysis.

Data only becomes valuable when the team can compare the cycle, identify what changed and use that learning in the next run.

Technical profile

Qualify the fit. Then configure the application.

These selected specifications help determine whether the platform belongs in the conversation. They do not replace an application review or final configuration confirmation.

The current manufacturer data sheet states that the cooling and heating system is included in the equipment package. Final scope and U.S. electrical compatibility should be confirmed per project.

Technical review required
before final quotation
Designed for laboratory workflows

Less setup friction. More attention on the process.

Daily usability matters. The platform combines tool-free access, integrated pumping, contained air delivery and compatible sensor options to simplify recurring laboratory work.

01 / ACCESS Tool-free vessel and sensor handling

Open the vessel and mount or remove sensors without a tool-dependent sequence.

02 / AGITATION Magnetic agitator mounting

Mount and remove the agitator / oxygenator through the system described by the manufacturer.

03 / PUMPING Integrated process pumping

Acid, base, antifoam, feed, filling, emptying and sampling functions remain close to the vessel.

04 / CONNECTION Touchscreen and Ethernet access

Operate at the unit and access its control web through the assigned network environment.

WORKFLOW PRINCIPLE The equipment should support the experiment — not become the experiment. Setup · Operate · Review · Repeat
Commercial + technical next step

Start with the application. Then evaluate the configuration.

Share enough context to make the first technical conversation useful. The organism, process objective, working volume and critical variables are the right place to begin.

01 / BIOLOGY Organism + process objective

What are you cultivating, producing, testing or trying to understand?

02 / SCALE Working volume + current stage

Define the intended volume and whether the work is exploratory, bench-scale or process development.

03 / CONTROL Variables + data requirements

Clarify which variables must be controlled, monitored, recorded and compared.

Product information on this page is based on the current Genesys V1 manufacturer data sheet supplied to Canaritech for review. Availability, final vessel and sensor configuration, U.S. electrical compatibility, installation, warranty, training, support scope, delivery terms and pricing must be confirmed during the commercial and technical evaluation.
